Order Processing
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Please double-check your input address to ensure the correct shipping address and prevent unnecessary delays. We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information by the customer.
All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).  
Please note: Orders already made CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  

Shipping
By making a purchase from Several Miles, you agree Several Miles will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.
Both standard and express shipping are handled by United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
All orders will include a USPS or UPS tracking number, which you will receive via email once your package has shipped.

Free Standard Shipping 
Standard Shipping within the continental United States is free. Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 to 5 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery.


Additional Information 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  Please keep in mind that once a package is shipped, it is no longer under our control. Several Miles is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer's or carrier's part. If you experience any problems during shipment, please contact your local post office immediately. 

Several Miles is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
