We hope you love your order, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, pet hair free, and with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Exchanges: If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return requirements

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

Any items marked ‘SALE' cannot be returned. Only regular priced items may be returned.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: Bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and sunglasses

Any items returned with stains, damages or without a tag will not be processed and your package will not be sent back to you.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will deduct $7.00 from your refund once it is received and processed by our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be aware that Several Miles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier and local customs authorities.
Refunds
We'll give you a heads up as soon as we've got your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If everything checks out, we'll go ahead and process that refund right back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind, it might take a little while for your bank or credit card company to work their magic and make the refund show up on your account.
